2016 Recap

I am far from perfect. And with life happening we are just now getting to completing a 2016 end of the year review half-way into 2017. Because we were undergoing our facelift in the first half of the year, I wanted to share our end of the year recap with you now.

At the start of 2016, I made a list of business goals. I always give myself four major goals for each year. And while I was not able to accomplish them all, I was able to make some major headway.

2016 Business Goals:

1. Goal: Book 10 clients. Outcome: This was our first year going full time and I was so nervous about being able to book just 10 weddings. Lucky for us, we were able to book 17!
2. Goal: Network- Get social and go to events. Outcome: This goal always gets the best of me. While I did not go out twice a month like I wished, I did at least go to one event a month. This goal is on my list again for 2017!
3. Goal: Blog- Post at least once a month. Outcome: This was a major major fail!
4. Goal: Systemize my business. Outcome: I implemented a handful of new systems and utilized some great programs that really streamline our planning process.
