Pretty little details and a good dance party make me squeal with happiness, but my obsession with wedding planning goes a little beyond that. I have a wholehearted mission to curate timeless, refine and romantic events that leave a lasting impression.
I am a California native and the mother to four adorable fur babies - Gunny, Fiona, Brooklyn and Situation.
When i am not wedding planning you can find me entertaining over a dinner party, redecorating my home or sipping on a refreshing Lillet Blanc cocktail.
And fair warning - I am a cheese snob! I can spend hours in Central Market picking out the perfect Brie for a cheese board.

Based in the heart of Dallas, TX, Southern Affairs Weddings and Events curates fine art celebrations. We offer full-service wedding and event planning, styling and design.
At Southern Affairs we believe in delivering perfection with a splash of Southern Hospitality. It is our goal to provide a personalized and unique experience from the first planning proposal to the last dance on the night of the event.

Brittany was born and raised in Galveston, Texas, but got to the DFW area as quickly as she could. All things glam and wedding related make her a happy person. Seeing the smiling faces of the bride and groom as they enjoy their special day is what makes this job worth it!
When she’s not working, Brittany enjoys relaxing with her loving husband, Michael, catching up on her favorite shows, chatting with friends over a and nice mimosa (or two), and traveling home!

My favorite things include spending time with my family, long road trips, rooting for the Dallas Cowboys and enjoy all types of eats.
